  Pit Stop is a fairly standard "greasy spoon" cafe.  It's the only cafe of it's type in Cotteridge (and nicer and cheaper than the Greggs and Subway over the road)  Great for breakfast and lunch, all the food is fresh and pretty tasty.  I also love anywhere that sells halloumi.
  
  They also have a range of fresh baked cakes that changes daily.  There is loads of seating and I've never seen it get too busy.
  
  Fast, friendly service, inexpensive and very clean.  A good spot for the morning after.

  What seems like a generic greasy spoon surprises by the sheer quality of product on offer.  Opted for a bacon and egg sandwich before a long train journey and was greeted with a generous portion.  Clean, fresh food cooked to order, amazing prices, what's not to love..?
